Please enter your 10 digit telephone number and click “Continue”.

If your account is ready to download, please click “Download Now”

When the File Download box appears, please select “Open” to continue.

After the file finishes downloading to your computer, the InstallShield will appear. Please click “Next” on the Welcome Screen.

Please select “I accept the terms of the license agreement”, then click “Next” to continue;

Please click “Next” to accept the default destination folder.
If you would like to choose a different location for storing this file,
simply click “Browse” to locate the folder.

Click “Install” to complete the installation process.

When the installation is complete, please select the checkbox to "Launch Neighborhood CallManager" and then press "Finish". The User Set Up Wizard will launch to help you enter your CallManager preferences.

If you do not wish to enter your preferences now, you can close the wizard and visit the
CallManager Preferences menu at any time. If you are an existing Voicemail customer, your
saved Voicemail preferences will be pre-populated in the wizard. There is no need to re-enter
your Voicemail preferences if you have no changes. Simply press “Finish” to open CallManager.
